Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Thursday said that the state government is increasing the number of beds by 1 lakh, some of which will be in Covid care centres – at least one in every district, reports ANI.
Government is also taking beds from private sector, the strength of private hospitals will also be brought into use, added MP CM. There is no crisis of oxygen supply, he said.
Singh said, “To continue with this situation (oxygen), I have spoken to Gujarat and Centre. We have started receiving adding oxygen supply from Bhilai (Chhattisgarh), we have discussed this with Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.”
