The two accused who had surrendered in Mahoba and Kanpur in month of February this year in the MBBS scam were produced in Surajpur court on Monday.
The court has directed that accused, Pankaj Kumar Khatik and Adarsh Singh – be lodged in Luksar jail in Greater Noida. The two accused were produced before the CJM court.”
According to the ACP Rajnish Verma, “The court has ordered that the accused be made to stay in Luksar jail itself. Police are now preparing to take them on remand for at least 14 days.”
