India crosses more than 84% recovery rate

According to the Union Health Ministry India’s recovery rate has increased to 84.7% and crossed 56.6 lakh. It includes the figures from 17 states and UTs which makes the recovery more than the national average.

The total COVID-19 crosses 67-lakh mark with a spike of 72,049 new cases. Total 986 deaths reported in the last 24hrs and the total tally stand at 67,57,132 & 1,04,555 deaths.

Total no.of test done – ICMR

11,99,857 samples tested for COVID-19 on 6th October. Total 8,22,71,654 samples tested in the country up to 6th October.
