On Saturday, a fire broke out in the Brahm Shakti Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) unit in Rohini, Delhi. A patient is believed to have perished as a result of the fire.
All patients have been successfully retrieved, according to Delhi Fire Service Director Atul Garg, with the exception of one patient who was on a ventilator, who he claimed is thought to have died. To put out the fire, nine fire tenders were dispatched to the Brahm Shakti Hospital.
“A fire broke out at third (ICU ward) of Brahm Shakti Hospital in Rohini. nine fire tenders were rushed. All have been safely rescued except 1 patient who was on the ventilator and is suspected to have died. Fire has been completely doused,” Garg told ANI.
The cause of the fire is not known yet.
