Femtech platform Maitri launches website for its users on International Women’s Day

New Delhi, March 8, 2022: In order to provide a detailed perspective to its users about various women-centric health issues through blogs, audios, and videos, Femtech platform Maitri unveiled its website (maitriwoman.com) on International Women’s Day. here will be informative and interactive write-ups on PCOS, menstrual health and hygiene, contraception, pregnancy, fertility, diet among others.

Through the website, one can avail of online consultation on issues pertaining to gynaecology, dermatology, fertility, breast health, fitness, and yoga. They have even offers and discounts on e-consultations for registered users. Readers can also publish their health articles with them in their section ‘Publish With Us’.

 The website was launched during their digital celebration on International Women’s Day on their YouTube channel, which hit a subscription of 0.5 millions.

“This is Maitri’s first-ever Youtube live. We recently hit a milestone of half a million subscribers on YouTube and we are grateful to each one of you for achieving this milestone. With this our responsibility to deliver accurate medical information goes even more. We promise you to bring the information which is reliable, medically sound. We want to create a space which is open, honest, non-judgemental, non-biased and truly your friend. When I started the channel in August 2020, I actually thought it to be just a hobby and it won’t last after 3-4 videos. But, with each video, I realised how much people were looking forward to content,” Dr Anjali Kumar, Senior Gynaecologist and founder of Maitri.

The vision at Maitri is to create the most preferred and a complete digital information space for women’s health, across all ages. This vision is backed by a team of dedicated & sincere socially responsible women & doctors who are working to make this dream a reality and to accomplish the mission of delivering the latest, medically authentic, complete & holistic information about women’s health and wellness across all age groups in a simple manner.

Maitri also conducted a special session on PCOS where various experts of the lifestyle disease discussed in length about it.

During the IWD celebration, the members of Maitri presented a video on body positivity, aptly titled as ‘Because You’re Beautiful’. In the video, they spoke about how embracing your own flaws can make one beautiful. Dr Jagdish Chaturvedi, ENT specialist, tickled the funny bones with his stand-up comedy session.
