India registered 37,593 new Covid-19 cases, 648 fatalities due to the viral infection in the last 24 hours, according to the data released by Union Health Ministry.
A total of 34,169 Covid-19 patients recovered in the last 24 hours, pushing the recoveries tally to 3,17,54,281 across the country. With this, India’s recovery rate stood at 97.67 per cent.

On vaccination front, India has administered a total of 61,90,930 doses in the last 24 hours, which brings the total tally of doses administered to 59,55,04,593.
