HOW TO BOOST YOUR BODY’S FAT BURNING SYSTEM (METABOLISM)TO LOSE WEIGHT:
A car runs on gas; you run on calories which are units of energy. In fact, your brain alone needs about 420 calories a day to function.
You eat food
Your body breaks it down into the simplest forms of carbohydrates, protein & fat
The calories in those components are converted to energy, used by your cells & tissues to grow & repair themselves.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO BURN MORE i.e TO A FASTER METABOLISM
YES;
It begins with what you eat & how you move
Other factors
GENETICS; may be the cause of a natural increased or decreased metabolism, though lifestyle has still a big impact
Long term STRESS releases hormones that impair digestion.
SLEEP is critical, a body sleeping less burns fewer calories.
HOW MUCH TO EAT, eat small meals.
WHEN TO EAT,eating at short intervals.
Do not skip breakfast, there is a surge of the hunger boosting hormone Ghrelin in the evenings, hence you munch before sleep, this disrupts sleep & slows metabolism.
WHAT TO EAT; Combo of fibrous complex carbs & protein, this keeps you full.
CAN FOOD BURN FAT? NOT REALLY , don’t be mislead by MIRACLE FOOD theory.
WATER; hot water increases metabolism 30’ to 40’ after drinking. Being well hydrated is crucial for a healthy weight.
Tea & Coffee; if you have at least 3-4 cups a day of green tea or black coffee will boost metabolism.
NEGATIVE CALORIE FOOD, not that i know of.
EXERCISE; Cardio 25’ ro 30 ‘ three times a week
Strength training & building muscle revs up your metabolism
At least 2 weight workout per week.
