High BP & Low BP Difference Due to unbalanced eating and modern lifestyle, people are becoming victims of all diseases in today’s era. Blood pressure is the most common disease caused by lifestyle and diet. The problem of blood pressure not only shows an imbalance in the flow of blood in your body, but it also has many other effects on the body and health. The heart works to pump blood to all the organs of our body.

 

Due to unbalanced eating habits and modern lifestyles, people today are increasingly prone to various diseases, with blood pressure issues being among the most common. High blood pressure (hypertension) and low blood pressure (hypotension) reflect imbalances in blood flow, impacting overall health. These conditions affect the heart’s ability to pump blood effectively to all body organs, leading to multiple health complications. High BP can cause serious issues like heart disease and stroke, while low BP can result in dizziness and fainting, underscoring the importance of maintaining a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
