New Delhi, India Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya announced on Friday that India has reached a milestone of 90 crore COVID-19 vaccinations. So far, 90,10,04,270 Covid vaccine doses have been administered across the country, according to the CoWIN dashboard. There are 65,69,56,299 first doses and 24,40,47,971 second doses.

Meanwhile, in the previous 24 hours, the country reported 22,842 new cases as per the latest data by health ministry. In India, the active caseload is 2,70,557. The recovery rate is presently at 97.87%, the highest since March of last year.
