According to a health warning issued by the Delhi government on Monday, the national capital recorded 799 new COVID cases in the last 24 hours.
In the previous 24 hours, 1,366 COVID patients recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries in the city to 18,63,502 since the beginning of the epidemic. There are now 5,369 active COVID cases in the city. The positive rate on Sunday was 4.94 percent, based on 14,107 samples analysed in the previous 24 hours.
The city recorded three fatalities due to the disease in the previous 24 hours, bringing Delhi’s COVID death toll to 26,182.
