Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Tuesday thanked Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for announcing the rollout of an open platform for the national health ecosystem.
“Thanking Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman Ji for announcing the rollout of an open platform for the national health ecosystem. It will consist of digital registries of health providers and health facilities, unique health identity, consent framework & universal access to health facilities,” he tweeted.

He also tweeted that the National Tele-Mental Health Program will “ensure access to quality , standardized & free 24×7 mental health services to all and will play a crucial role in bridging a major gap in access to mental healthcare in the country.”

Minister of State Health, Dr Bharti Pravin Pawar also tweeted, “There was focus on health infrastructure, mental health and other provisions in today’s budget; Thankful to PM Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.”
