The foundation of winter health starts with what you eat. A balanced diet packed with essential vitamins and minerals strengthens the immune system, helping you to fend off infections. Foods rich in vitamins C, E, and A, along with zinc and antioxidants, are crucial for immunity.

  • Vitamin C: Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, and grapefruits are excellent sources of vitamin C, which boosts immune function and helps fight infections.
  • Vitamin A: Carrots, spinach, and sweet potatoes contain vitamin A, essential for healthy immune responses.
